We take the idea you haven't said out loud yet and make it real.

SCROLL TO EVOLVE

Three chapters. One team.

Design

We design the screens your users will trust with money, health, or their afternoon — every surface starts as a working prototype, not a deck.

  • Brand identity
  • UI/UX
  • Design system
  • Motion spec

Engineering

We write the production front end and the API underneath it, then stay long enough to see it survive contact with real users.

  • Architecture
  • Full-stack build
  • APIs & integrations
  • Code review
  • Tests

Launch

We turn the finished product into a release your team can run without us, then we watch the numbers with you.

  • CI/CD
  • Cloud infrastructure
  • Observability
  • Release gates
  • Handoff docs

Nordic Roast

Nordic Roast needed a subscription funnel people would trust with their card details before they'd ever tasted the coffee. We rebuilt signup around a single freshness receipt — roast date, rest time, ship date — and gave the pricing page one honest data model instead of three. It shipped as a static build fast enough to survive a link from a newsletter of 40,000 people.

Scope: Design & engineering · Stack: Next.js, Stripe, Sanity · Duration: 3 weeks

This is what a finished evolution looks like.

How we work

  1. Brief

    2–3 DAYS

You tell us what's broken, half-built, or still just a note on your phone.

  2. Prototype

    1–2 WEEKS

We build the real thing on real data, not a slide about the thing.

  3. Review

    3–5 DAYS

A second senior pair of eyes checks accessibility, edge cases, and load before anything ships.

  4. Ship

    1 WEEK

It goes live under your domain, documented, with a named person on call.

Nine people. No subcontractors.

Questions

Frequently asked

Who actually works on my project?
One of the nine people on this page — never a rotating cast. You'll know their name and role before the first prototype ships, and Rhea reviews every release before it goes live.
What do you need from us to start?
A two-paragraph brief is enough — what's broken, who it's for, and what "done" looks like to you. Half-formed is fine. We'll ask the questions that turn it into a working prototype.
How fast can you actually move?
Most briefs turn into a clickable prototype in three to five days. Full builds depend on scope, but you'll get a real date on the first call, not a range.
Do you design it, build it, or both?
Both, in-house. The same senior people who design the interface write the code that ships it, so nothing gets lost translating a file into a build.
What happens after launch?
We stay on for a short iteration window to watch how it performs against real traffic, then hand over documentation your own team can run without us. If you're ready to start, write to hello@codenca.com.
